	My block arrived yesterday and looks great. The bowl and shaft are 
	drilled spot-on, I can't wait to start on it. I really appreciate 
	you taking time to find out what I wanted. As I mentioned on the 
	phone, I was very disappointed with a block I received from one of 
	your competitors. I would highly recommend you to anyone wanting to
	try pipe carving. Most of us novices don't know all the particulars 
	of pipe carving but we can spot attention to detail.
